Mandelson’s sacking has left one big question – and it has nothing to do with Epstein

FOreign Minister Stephen Doughty, Pedophil Jeffrey Epstein via the British ambassador to the UK’s ambassador to the dismissal of Lord Mandelson after the dramatic announced, and whatsapp barely returned and whatsapp the box was often filling with messages in one question:
“Why does Keir Starmer have such a terrible judgment while making lock appointments?”
Now the infamous labor peers enter the wild nature (not the first time in a long career), the chaos he left behind.
As a result, this is the second largest resignation in about a week, at a time when Sir Keir’s reset in the form of a major change aims to restart the government.
Only last Friday, he lost Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner, whom he appointed as a housing secretary, because he did not pay £ 40,000 in his second house.
Now, just seven days later, he lost the man he commissioned to look at the most important relationship in England’s foreign policy – the Ambassador who had to deal with Donald Trump in the White House – Ambassador to Epstein allegedly insistently insisted that the Downing Street.
Both went after two Wednesdays after the Prime Minister had wasted political capital trying to defend them in their questions.
And unfortunately, for a prime minister, the government, one of the least popular ones in history, and currently following Nigel Farage Reform Britain with 10 points in the chests, these were not examples of two isolated.
As they say, once unfortunate, twice coincidence, but three times a pattern. In fact, in the case of Sir Keir, now five times.
In addition, after making his tenants homeless, a minister for homelessness lost Rushanara Ali. The Anti -Corruption Minister Lale Siddiq is being investigated for corruption through the family’s autocratic regime in Bangladesh. I am not talking about a transport secretary Louise Haigh, he was prosecuted on revelation and found him guilty of claiming that a wrong cell phone had been stolen from him.
This does not include the dismissal of a series of officials appointed by the former Chief of General Staff Sue Gray, former director of Matthew Doyle.
The problem is that in most of these cases, the excuse of “new information” does not hold water.
He was close to Starmer Siddiq and was aware of his family’s activities in Bangladesh and his close support. He knew Haigh was guilty, but he seemed not to ask any more questions.
And in the case of Mandelson, close to the infamous financier and nausea, Sir Keir and his team tried to persuade President Trump not to refuse his identity information in January, both London and Washington.
Nobody really needed a crystal ball to know that this scandal would explode without the publication of Epstein newspapers.
At the same time, Mandelson, known as the ‘prince of darkness’ by friends and enemies, is not like a stranger to the scandal. Previously, he had to resign from the government twice in different financial allegations.
Nevertheless, Sir Keir continued his nomination of England as the US Ambassador to the USA and entered his way. Now he pays a heavy political price.
One of the topics here is what critics’ Tony Blair period figures describe as “fetishization ın by Starmer’s right man Morgan Mcsweeney. Somehow they believe that people like Mandelson have almost supernatural powers in handling things.
To be fair, he succeeded as an ambassador in a short time, at least he succeeded in making an UK-US trade agreement that the UK-US trade agreement accepted to avoid President Trump’s tariffs.
However, there may be an alternative that will not cause such political damage.
It is painful to make it necessary just a few days before Mr. Trump’s visit to England.
But worse, it is a prime minister where these workers’ deputies have another bad election set in May.
He cannot continue to call for bad decisions about people in key positions, or his political problems will worse.
