Marjorie Taylor Greene announced He will resign from his post on Friday evening, effective January 25.
The Republican congressman, who was condemned by Donald Trump for his support for the release of the Epstein files, announced his decision in a 10-minute social media video published on X.
Greene also released a four-page statement: “I fought harder than almost any other elected Republican to elect Donald Trump and Republicans to power… Through it all, I have never changed or gone back on my campaign promises… America First should mean America First and Americans First alone, no other foreign country in our halls of government is committed to America First. I will resign my position with my last day being January 5, 2026.”
