Mark Teixeira has a message for Texas Dems after redistricting: 'Have better policies'

World series champion Mark Teixeira is upset about the new congress map of Texas for the Democrats.

Gov. Greg Abbott, R-Texas signed a new map that secure five additional Republican-prone US House regions before the 2026 midterm elections. Starting the US House of Representatives campaign on Thursday, Teixeira said that the sad democrats should “have better policies”.

“There are better policies. I know that progressive policies do not work in the United States. You can see in cities with democratic and progressive mayors all over the country and see what these cities should be cleaned. You see what President Trump is doing right now.”

“What I’m going to say to the democrats in Texas all over the country is that when you have policies to help the Americans, who want to talk to us. But the Republicans are there, conservatives will help the Texas people there, with the first agenda of America and every day.”

Former New York Yankees Slugger is campaigning for the 21st congress zone of Texas. Teixeira’s announcement watched the decision not to be re -elected while representative Chip Roy was running to Texas Chief Public Prosecutor.

All-Star three times described his policy focus as “quite simple”.

Teixeira, “Border, low taxes, while raising the economy, while maintaining life and second change. These conservative principles – helping Americans, helping American families, helping America – is what Texas families deserve.” He said.

“Texas 21st region, great people, loves God, loves their countries, who love the state of Texas, full of patriots, and I can’t wait to go to meet all of them and make sure they understand what I believe.”

He played for four teams in his 45 -year -old largest league career. Teixeira exit with Texas Rangers and spent five seasons with the team before being exchanged with Atlanta Braves.

He was later exchanged to Los Angeles Angels after two seasons with Braves and then signed with Yankees.

The winner of the 2009 Yankees team, which defeated Philadelphia Phillies in the World series, was an important part of the 2009 Yankees team. Teixeira finished his career with a .268 stroke average, 409 home run and 1,298 RBI.
