Match review tribunal to hand down suspension decision for Tigers forward after punch on Adelaide Crows defender Jordon Butts

Richmond Spearhead Tom Lynch faces a suspension of at least four games if he was found guilty of striking Adelaide defender Jordon Butts at the end of the second quarter after being sent directly to AFL Court.

The match review officer evaluated his action intentionally, high and severe, that is to say that he could be rubbed for four or more matches under court guidelines.

No surprise that Lynch faces a long prohibition. In fact, MCG had sufficient activity to estimate the volcanic, reportable explosion just before half -time on Sunday: forward, in the first quarter, a close fight in the first quarter and fined for striking butts in an earlier event in the second period.

The disappointment of the veteran, which was tightly controlled by Butts, was early.

After pamping the Lynch attempt, the 24 -year -old player reached out to the ground, while Adelaide defender Josh Worrell hit his head with his feet. Worrell was dragged into the hole, and Lynch made sure that a good key pamped the ball as it turned forward.

Lynch’s disappointment began to turn into free kicks when he clung to BUTTS at the beginning of the second quarter while leaving the further line of the top tigers. He asked the referee politely enough to watch the holding, and he asked him not to pay a clear kick while standing on the sign after accepting one.
