Trump US Attorney Alina Habba disqualified from cases

On Thursday, a federal judge disqualified that New Jersey Alina Habba’s US lawyer was challenged in two separate cases in two separate cases of appointment of the US lawyer by the Trump administration.

Judge Matthew Brann said that Habba’s appointment of the administration as a temporary federal prosecutor in New Jersey was not legally valid through a new series of legal and personnel movements.
