NEW DELHI: A US senator has put forward a legislation that forced Russia and energy customers to start serious branded talks as “sanctions shelter bush” to Vladimir Putin.

Speaking with NBC News, Senator Lindsey Graham said that the measure has a strong support in the Senate. More than 80 deputies have already signed. The aim is to break the financial backbone of Putin’s financial background, especially in Russia’s largest trade partners, including China and India, and to bring it to the negotiation table.

The proposal summarizes penalties of up to 500 percent of imports from countries that refuse to remove energy agreements from Russia. This movement aims to isolate the Putin government and make it too expensive to maintain energy imports from Moscow.

The legislation contains a presidential waiver to soften the diplomatic spreader. This provides flexibility in the implementation of sanctions to the White House and prevents automatic penalties that they can backward back. Administrative authorities put pressure on the more discretionary authority. They warn that a fixed policy can force ties with other countries.

Nevertheless, Graham made hard pressure. He argued that Russia’s actions in Ukraine were more aggressive. “We tried gentle tactics. They did not work,” he said.
