Who is IPS anukriti Sharma?
2020 Party IPS Officer Anukriti Sharma originally from Jaipur, Rajasthan. He was born on October 14, 1987. Anukriti completed his early education in Jaipur and then followed the BSMS degree from the Institute of Science Education and Research in the Indian Science Education and Research Institute in Kalcutta.
NASA’s job offer
In 2012, Anukriti was chosen for a doctoral program at Rice University in Houston, Houston, where he worked on volcano research. During the PhD, he received a job offer with a lucrative salary package to investigate volcanoes from NASA (National Aviation and Space Administration).

Anukriti started to prepare for the UPSC exam in 2015. In 2015, he took part in his first attempt, but failed in his first two attempts. However, he did not give up and continued to work hard. In 2018, he ranked 355th in the fourth attempt and was chosen for India Revenue Service (IRS). But he didn’t stop there. When he broke the UPSC exam for the fifth time, he had a dream to be an IPS officer who was fulfilled in 2020 and secured a 138 rank of India (AIR).
