Megadeth announce they are retiring: ‘Don’t be sad, be happy for us all’ | Megadeth

Call it a symphony. American Thrash metal giants Megadeth announced that they retired and their future albums will be the last. They will also take a farewell tour in 2026.
Megadeth’s founder and preliminary man, Dave Mustaine said on Thursday, “There are many musicians who come to the end of their careers.
“I wandered the world and I made millions of fans on millions of fans, and the hardest part of all of this farewell to them.”
Mustaine and the group have not yet announced the title of the latest album, the release date or the remaining round dates of the group, but shared a video.
Frontman said that it is the perfect time to release the group’s final album and go on their last tours.
“Don’t be angry, don’t be sad, be happy for all of us, celebrate me for the next few years. Together, it’s really great and we’ve done something that will never happen again,” he wrote.
“We started a music style, we started a revolution, we changed the guitar world and how it was played and changed the world. The groups I played impressed the world. I love you all for that. Thank you for everything.”
The statement arrived after sharing a teaser mission on Wednesday and pointed to the retirement that says “last close….
Megadeth was founded after Mustaine was expelled by Lars Ulrich and James Hetfield from Mustaine Metallica, a group he founded during the record sessions in New York.
Group friends put him in a coach in Los Angeles, where he founded a short -lived group called Fallen Angels, which turned into Megadeth.
Megadeth, his first album, Killing Is My Business… And in 1985 Business Is Good!, The 1990s – Thrash Metal’s “Big Four” next to Metallica, Slayer and Anthrax.
In 2019, Mustaine announced that the diagnosis of Bosphorus was diagnosed and that it canceled their tours while being treated.
