‘I was crying out for help’

After a six-month break, Babil Khan returned to Instagram and penned a heartfelt note about dealing with his own demons. Jr Irrfan Khan received the support of the film community and they expressed their love for him.

Babil Khan, son of late acting legend Irrfan Khan, returned to Instagram after being away from the social media platform for about 6 months. On Saturday, the actress shared 2 photos from her latest photo shoot on her Instagram account. In the photos, she can be seen wearing a brick red colored sweater as the winter season is well underway with the monsoon rains receding.

He also wrote a long note in the caption where he talked about the demons he’s been fighting over the past 6 months. Babil wrote: “I didn’t want to listen. The walls of this greenhouse are rickety. I wore my heart on my sleeve; now I have T-shirts stained with blood. I needed time to heal. My demons left me with deep wounds. Insomnia and panic caused me to make strange confessions, I was screaming for help, I could not suppress my facial expression, the cost was heavy on my health, my soul was tired of the pressures, “you were fighting with your daughter” I was with my depression I was fighting, wait (sic).”


Actor Vijay Varma wrote in the comments section, “Babil, we have your back.” In May, Babil deleted the actor’s Instagram profile after a web search on his Instagram profile did not yield any results, and showed that the web page where his Instagram account was located did not exist.

Babil, son of late Indian acting legend Irrfan Khan, had earlier shared a video (which was later deleted) in which he appeared visibly upset and in tears while talking about feeling alienated in the film industry. In the video, Babil mentioned many names including Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Panday, Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal, Adarsh ​​Gourav and even Arijit Singh.

In the video, the actor is quoted as saying, “What I want to say is, I want you to know that there are people like Shanaya Kapoor, Ananya Pandey and Arjun Kapoor, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Raghav Juyal and Adarsh ​​Gourav and even… Arijit Singh.
