Meghan Markle has ‘no plans’ to see estranged father, report claims

Reports claimed that the Duchess of Sussex has no intention of seeing her estranged father and has given up hope of reconciliation.

Earlier this week, Meghan reportedly reached out to her father, Thomas Markle, who is currently being treated in a hospital in the Philippines after his leg was amputated.

The Duchess is said to have written him a letter but does not plan to see him. Times reported.

The newspaper claimed the letter contained Meghan’s feelings about Mr Markle’s participation in various media interviews and reported that she had not had any contact with her father after sending the letter.

He also stated that he did not call his father for fear that their phone conversation would be overheard, and that media interviews were the main reason why they were unlikely to reconcile.

The couple have been estranged since the wedding after Mr Markle admitted posing for paparazzi photos and then said he would not attend the wedding due to health problems.
