Meghan, 44, is believed to have been considering this expansion for some time and plans to dominate the UK jam market.

A source told Closer magazine: “It’s been preparing for the next phase for a long time, which is why so much stock has been produced and it’s ready to pull the trigger.

“Dominating the UK jam market will give him great satisfaction – he truly believes this will be possible once his brand reaches a wider audience in Britain.”

Since launching last year, Meghan’s brand has launched a multitude of products, from spreads to wines, candles and hot drinks.

While many products are popular with Meghan’s fans, some, including the As Ever floral sprinkles, have been widely criticized.

It’s unknown when the next As Ever products will be available or when Meghan will expand the brand to the UK.

It is believed that Harry was wary of this decision, especially since the cost of such an expansion was likely to be high.
