LeBron James’ new Hennessy commercial resulted in a lawsuit being filed against him.
The NBA’s all-time leading scorer announced that his “second decision” was a decision. new signature bottlehowever, the announcement was mocked the day before, with many speculating that the “decision” would be retirement at the end of the season.
Following the release of the teaser video, Andrew Garcia purchased two tickets from Ticketmaster for approximately $432 each for the Los Angeles Lakers’ game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, who drafted James in 2003. TMZ Sports.

Garcia told TMZ Sports that James owes him money for “fraud, deception, misrepresentation, and every basis for legal relief.”
“I wouldn’t buy him if he wasn’t going to retire. Plain and simple,” Garcia said.
According to StubHub, the average ticket price nearly doubled following the teaser video, from $250 to $500; Sales increased 20-fold in the first hour after the announcement, mostly for the team’s final home game of the season.
James’ representative did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
In Monday’s teaser, James declared that the announcement would be “the decision of all decisions,” and speculation has run rampant as he will soon begin his record-breaking 23rd NBA season.
Last week, James, 40, offered little clarity about his eventual retirement plans.

“I’m excited about the opportunity to play the game I love for another season,” James said on September 29. “No matter what the journey looks like this year, I’ve invested a lot in myself because I don’t know when the end is. I know it’s still early.”
James showed almost no signs of slowing down. In his 40-year-old season, he averaged 24.4 points, 8.2 assists and 7.8 rebounds. He had 10 triple-doubles last season; that was his most since 2019-20, when he won his fourth NBA title.
James, who turned 40 on December 30, averaged 25.1 points per game, the highest score among players aged 40 and over.
