Meta is a mass forbidden wave that affects Instagram and it seems that Facebook users have now hit Facebook groups. According to complaints and organized efforts to share information on sites like Reddit, thousands of groups abroad were suspended. Reports Techcrunch.

When the news site was reached to comment, meta spokesman Andy Stone confirmed that the company is aware of the issue and is trying to correct it.

“We are aware of a technical error that affects some Facebook groups. Now we’re fixing things,” he said.

The cause of mass bans is not yet known, but most of them suspects that moderately -based moderation may be accused.
Based on the information shared by the affected users, most of the suspended facebook groups are not species for groups, playgrounds, Pokémon groups, groups for dogs or cat owners, groups for dogs or cat owners, such as savings or agreements.

Facebook Group executives report that their groups have received uncertain infringement notifications about the “terrorism” content or nudity, which they insist that they do not publish.

While some of the affected groups are younger, many are large, tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands, even millions of users.

Those who are organized to share the tips on the problem advise others to object to the ban of their groups, rather wait a few days to see if the suspension is automatically reversed when the bug is corrected.

Currently, Reddit’s Facebook Community (R/Facebook) is full of publications from group managers and users who are angry about the latest liquidation. Some report that all the groups they operate are removed at once. Some of them are incredible about the so -called violations – like a group for bird photos where less than one million users are marked for nudity.

Others claim that their groups are already well -modern against Spam, like a 200,000 -member family -friendly Pokémon Group, which has received a violation declaration that their titles refer to “dangerous organizations” or a interior design group that serves millions of services.

At least some Facebook group managers who paid the confirmed subscription containing the priority customer support of Meta were able to get help. However, others report that their groups are suspended or completely deleted.

It is unclear whether the problem is related to the last prohibited waves that affect commodity users as individuals, but it seems to be a growing problem in these social networks.

In addition to Facebook and Instagram, social networks such as Pinterest and Tumblr have also faced complaints about mass suspensions in recent weeks and caused users to suspect AI automatic moderation efforts.

Pinterest confessed to at least the error, saying that mass bans were caused by an internal error, but rejected AI’s problem. Tumblr said that his problems are dependent on the tests of a new content filtering system, but whether this system contains AI.

When asked about Instagram bans last week, Meta refused to comment. Users are now traveling a petition that has received more than 12,380 signatures so far and wants Meta to deal with the problem. Others, including those affected by their jobs, do legal proceedings.
