Solo travel for women: Tips for vacationing alone

I was lucky to travel solo several times in the last decade from Mountain Trekking in India to a quiet withdrawal in Bali.

When I told friends that I was traveling to India myself, some said they were worried about my safety. But when people approached me, I often saw that they just wanted to apply their English.
