Man charged with murder after another campsite killing in NSW

His alleged campsite murder has shaken the NSW region for the second time in less than a week.
A man was allegedly stabbed to death at a campsite on Danglemah Street in Woolbrook, near Tamworth in the state’s north-east, on Sunday.
Police were told the two men were allegedly involved in a fight, resulting in the victim being stabbed several times in the chest and neck.
The injured person, estimated to be in his 50s, was treated by medical teams, but he died at the scene.
A 43-year-old man was arrested and charged with murder.
He will appear before the Bail Division Court on Monday.
This is the second alleged murder at a NSW campsite in less than a week.
Ahwen Kohn, 26, was charged with murder following an alleged altercation with a 33-year-old man at the Little Styx River Campground around 1:40 a.m. on Monday, March 2.
Police allege Mr Kohn hit the man, who has not yet been identified, with an ax before attacking a 25-year-old woman.
The injured man was taken to the rural town of Thora, where paramedics attended, but he died.
Mr Kohn was arrested on Waterfall Road in Ebor at around 11.30am on March 2.
He appeared at the Bail Division Court on Tuesday, March 3 and will reappear before Armidale Local Court on April 22.
