Residents are reportedly concerned about the pressure on family medical services in the area.

According to the BBC, the Home Office has previously said that everyone residing in the area should register with local family doctor services.

Asylum Accommodation Director Andrew Larter said the Home Office expected to provide most essential care services at the camp.

Protesters who marched today also carried banners saying “Protect our women and children.”

Sussex Police Chief Jo Shiner reportedly said “assurance patrols” had increased in Crowborough.
