Ratnakar Assumes Charge as Director of Media Communications in PIB
Vijayawada: P. Ratnakar accepted as the Media and Communication Manager at the Press Information Office in Vijayawada on Wednesday.
He will also serve as the Headquarters of the Press Registration Company of the Indian Press Registration Company in Andhra Pradesh and as Deputy General Manager of Press and Editorials.
Ratnakar, a senior officer of the Indian Information Service, previously served as the Director of the CBC Regional Office in Vijayawada. In Andhra Pradesh, the Union has a comprehensive experience in various promotional units and news departments of the Ministry of Information and Publication. He also chaired the regional news unit of Doordarshan News in Vijayawada, worked in PIB in Haydarabad and served at the former field promotion directorate in Kadapa (now CBC).
In the new role, Ratnakar will coordinate the promotional activities of central government organizations, supervise social assistance programs and address the media for media for printed media assets.
