HHS announced the investigation On Thursday, directly referring to the controversial volleyball situation.

HHS’s civil rights office Paula M. Stannard insisted that the state had to comply with federal laws, not the current state laws that allow the transition to girls’ sports.

“Women cannot fall on the edges within the scope of IX,” Stannard said in the announcement. “As a buyer of federal funds, IX, IX, requires minnesota to provide fair and safe opportunities for women to compete in teams separated by gender, independent of women’s obligations.”

The state is under investigation by the US Department of Education, allowing biological boys in girls’ sports and challenging President Donald Trump’s “keeping men away from women’s sports”. This investigation was promoted to the Federal Title IX investigation team operating with the Ministry of Justice on June 12th.

The state also filed a pair of lawsuits against the Trump administration by the State Chief Public Prosecutor Keith Ellison, and the other was opened by three anonymous girls volleyball players, which he had to compete with Ellison and the state with a trans athlete.

The state also did not pass a bill that would prevent biological boys from girls and women’s sports at the beginning of March after the democrats in the legislature voted against it.

This allowed Junior Marissa Rothenberger to do a dominant playoff for Champlin Park. Rothenberger closed a full game in the championship match on Friday and closed a full game by making three strokes, and Rothenberger’s three state tournaments closed a race that saw all of 21 Inning and gave up only two rounds.

The organization, representing the plaintiffs who sued the policies of the state, made a statement about the experience of the transf athlete from one of the female players.

“Hitting against him is not only a physical challenge, but also a mental. It is a mental war to know that it has an advantage in the sport where I make it difficult to play even.

“This problem affected me as I never dreamed of. This is just injustice and I hate that there is nothing to change it. Men should not only take their place in the teams because they can do it. I hope that more girls affected by this issue will stand against it.”

The anonymous player also called the Chief Public Prosecutor Keith Ellison to defend transmaja in the state of girls in the state. Ellison filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and the US Department of Justice against Trump’s “keeping men away from women’s sports”.

“It’s really sad to know this [Ellison] She doesn’t take the rights of girls and women seriously. It allows boys to compete with girls and is not safe and completely unfair. It is absolutely disgusting and wrong to know that AG Ellison is full of full support to allow men and men to benefit from women in sports. “

Champlin Park’s school area made a statement to Fox News Digital’s decision to allow the athlete to compete in the volleyball team.

“It is important to state that all the student athletes who participated in the Champlin Park Volleyball team can compete in the Minnesota State League rules and applicable state laws. Due to data privacy laws, it is important to state that the region cannot provide an explanation for a certain student athlete.

“In addition, the region was elected in an active case that limits which information can be shared.”

Ellison’s office previously made a statement against the state against the state on Rothenberger’s participation in the volleyball season.

Ellison, “In addition to the fun of exercise and competition, as well as playing sports for young people. You make a lifetime of friendships that can last a lifetime, you learn how to work as part of a team and you feel that you belong.” He said.

He continued: “I believe that it is wrong to choose a group of students who encounter higher bullying and harassment levels and say that they cannot be on the team because they are.
