Shedeur Sanders burglary suspects arrested in Browns rookie home break-in

Three suspects have been arrested in the November home robbery of Cleveland Browns rookie Shedeur Sanders, the Medina County Sheriff’s Office announced Wednesday.
“The Medina County Sheriff’s Office has completed its investigation into the crime and successfully identified the three suspects who broke into Mr. Sanders’ home, as well as positively identifying the driver of the vehicle involved,” officials said in a press release.
“Three of the suspects were arrested and are currently in custody. There is an active arrest warrant for the fourth suspect.”

The burglary occurred around 6:46 pm on November 16, 2025, when security cameras captured video of the suspects entering and exiting Sanders’ home from different locations.
“The suspects were seen wearing masks and gloves and could be seen leaving the residence with various items belonging to Mr. Sanders around 18:58. It is estimated that approximately $200,000 worth of goods were stolen,” the statement said. The statement was included.

A parole report obtained by Fox News Digital from Officer Charles Johnson said three suspects ransacked a bedroom, rummaged through bedside tables and closets, and used cellphone flashlights to navigate the house. The suspects, who carried many bags with them when leaving the house, got lost in the forest area.
At the time, Sanders was making his NFL regular season debut against the Baltimore Ravens.

But Sanders found a silver lining in the theft when he spoke to the media.
Sanders said at the time: “Honestly, I’m in a mental space now where there isn’t much that would surprise me. None of my jewelry was taken anyway.” “So, you know, he just got caught slipping. You know, it happens.”
Sanders was one of the last NFL stars to be burglarized while playing. Cincinnati Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow had jewelry and other belongings stolen from his home.
