Mokbel’s wait to wipe ‘tainted’ convictions continues
Underground Kingpin Tony Mokbel made a final pressure to suppress 14 -year -old drug convictions, but it may be weeks or months to know if he was successful.

On Wednesday, prosecutors argued that if Mokbel’s appeal application was successful, the prosecution of the charges should be re -tried, claiming that it was in the public interest.
