Son Tries to Kill Father Using Car to Claim Insurance

Kakinada: In a shocking incident, a son planned to kill his father to gather an insurance payment to alleviate his debts. This event, Dr. Brimalapuram occurred in the village of Sakurru in the rural latch.

According to Amalapuram’s rural inspector Y. Sekhar Babu, Vipparthi Harsha Vardhan received 13 lakh loans from a private financial company. After paying two installments, he could not continue to clean his debt. When he secured the loan, his father’s name Venkata Ramana also received an insurance policy. Harsha Vardhan believed that if his father died, he would get rid of the debt and demand his insurance money. On April 21, 2025, his father driving his bike, Harsha Vardhan intentionally employed him with a car. His father lost his consciousness.

Later, Harsha Vardhan reported the police that someone attacked his father. Recently, his father came out of a coma. During the police investigation, Sert Vardhan’s participation in the incident appeared. Sekhar Babu said that a lawsuit was filed against Harsh Vardhan, who was later presented in front of the court. The court ordered it to be arrested on Saturday.
