M&S’s brand new ‘superfruit’ could boost your gut heath and immunity

If you think that grapes are just a boring part of the lunch box, it may be time to rethink. Marks & Spencer has initiated a limited number of varieties spoken as the next major ‘Superfruit’.
Named Boombites red berry grapeThey may look like standard chubby, purple-black grapes outside, but they bite them and discover a stunning dark red dough like a fruit or cherry.
It is the result of a natural cross between a sweet table grapes and the red wine rich in nutrients. The idea was to bring together the juicy taste of the high nutrient profile of wine grapes, which are often very painful to eat.
This mixture of flavor and nutrition is the fruit rich in antioxidants and nutrients connected to the benefits of heart health, immunity and more for the invoice as ‘superphruit’.
