Musk, X to face trial in Don Lemon lawsuit alleging breach of contract

A San Francisco judge decided this week, the former CNN anchor Don Lemon’s technology billionaire Elon Musk and his social network X and his partnerships could prosecute the case to cancel the partnership, he said.

Lemon was fired from CNN in 2023, which he had ill -treated his colleagues and made sexist statements including politician Nikki Haley. Lemon then apologized for Haley comments.
