Musk, X to face trial in Don Lemon lawsuit alleging breach of contract

A San Francisco judge decided this week, the former CNN anchor Don Lemon’s technology billionaire Elon Musk and his social network X and his partnerships could prosecute the case to cancel the partnership, he said.
The Musk team tried to move the case to a Texas court and tried to convince the judge to completely hit the complaint.
For Musk and X, lawyers did not respond to the request for comments.
On Tuesday, Judge Harold Kahn, Lemon and his lawyers, as well as other allegations, claimed that X and Musk made a “fraud with false promises” and that they were a “implicit contract” between them.
Lemon filed a case in August 2024 after he canceled the partnership with the publishing journalist a few hours after he had a tense interview with the X’s X X. The interview came before a planned premiere of Lemon’s new show at Musk’s Social Network.
During the interview, Lemon pressured Musk on various controversial issues he published or reproduced about X. Musk increased other bigoted tropics and lies, including messages that are called “Spanish invasion” of immigrants, called the “great reserve theory”.
Lemon also pressured the content control of Musk on X and a twitter in the late 2022 -leverage purchasing process on the platform that was reported in the antisemitic content.

Musk and X were faced with other lawsuits due to the fact that they were not paid to the sellers and that they could not provide severance pay as promised to employees who were dismissed on Twitter.
Lemon was fired from CNN in 2023, which he had ill -treated his colleagues and made sexist statements including politician Nikki Haley. Lemon then apologized for Haley comments.
