NACC’s offensive excuses for letting Scott Morrison off on robodebt

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (NACC) robodebt report finds sufficient evidence to conclude that two senior public officials engaged in serious misconduct. But he comes up with various excuses as to why Scott Morrison has escaped without any criticism.
After being dragged kicking and screaming to finally investigate Robodebt, the NACC, two and a half years after it was founded, finally published its report Robodebt is about six people referred to him by the royal commission inquiry. It concludes that bureaucrats Mark Withnell and Serena Wilson engaged in serious corrupt conduct in misleading other offices.
