Murder investigation launched after schoolboy, 15, is stabbed to death in north-west London
A murder investigation has been launched after a 15-year-old student was stabbed to death in north-west London.
Met Police officers were called to the scene of a stabbing on Dudden Hill Lane, near Willesden, shortly after 10.30pm on Saturday night.
They found 15-year-old Jamal Ringrose suffering from stab wounds and when he was taken to hospital he sadly died on Thursday.
A 15-year-old boy was arrested on Tuesday and has since been charged with fighting in a public place and possession of an offensive weapon. He appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court today.
A 16-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of assault occasioning grievous bodily harm.
The boy was also arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon and affray. The man was released on bail and remains in police custody.
Detective Constable Simon Ager, who is leading the investigation, said: ‘Our thoughts are with the family and loved ones of the child who sadly lost his life.

We believe there were a number of people in the area at the time and would appeal to anyone with information or footage to come forward. We are specifically looking for dash cam or cell phone footage from the street at that time.
