Naidu Calls For Exploration Of Waterways For Transport Of Cargo In AP

VIJAYAWADA: Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu called for exploring inland waterways for cost-effective transportation of cargo in Andhra Pradesh.

The Prime Minister, who attended a round table conference in London on Monday attended by many senior industrialists from the United Kingdom, invited the London-based firm Arup Global Affairs to work on promoting water transportation for cargo as well as road, rail and air routes in the state.

He also called for partnerships from various universities so that rare minerals can be used to meet the world’s needs.
