After fighting a gastrointestinal disease that took about half of the Vancouver Whitecaps team at the beginning of the week, the senior defender was ready to swallow whatever it takes to get back the energy levels before a match with the regional rivals of the team.

WhiteCaps will take back four players from international mission.
