Narayana Murthy’s Infosys gives BIG update on salary hike, says, ‘Next one we’ll have to…’

The company said it was on the way to keep this financial year fresh, as previously announced.
India’s second largest IT company, InfoS, who recently implemented a wage increase, said he did not decide the next salary increase for his staff. Total Head Count
For the quarter, total personnel increased by 210 employees and brought their labor force to 323,788 with an increase of 2.6% compared to the previous year.
As mentioned earlier, the company said that this fiscal year is aimed at 20,000 new employment.
With approximately 27.9%of the total income in the quarter MY26, financial services continued to be the largest sector, followed by manufacturing (16.1%) and retail (13.4%).
