Nasa astronaut and cosmonauts begin voyage back to Earth

NASA’s Jonny Kim, accompanied by Roscosmos cosmonauts Sergey Ryzhikov and Alexey Zubritsky, is on his way back to Earth from the International Space Station (ISS). They will land near Dzhezkazgan, Kazakhstan.

According to NASA, the crew completed a 245-day mission aboard the ISS; It has orbited the Earth 3,920 times and traveled approximately 104 million miles. This mission marks the first spaceflight for Kim and Zubritsky, while Ryzhikov completes his third journey into space.
