The ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran has shredded a long -term global narrative, which has been the “Muslim Brotherhood ,, which is the ideological narrative in which all Muslim countries united under the flag of religion. While Iran was faced with military aggression, the Islamic unity legend emerged once again, since the Islamic world was not largely active.
While the Islamic countries published official condemnation of the Israeli attack, none of them stand out to provide real military support to Iran.

Pakistan, who once claimed to have stopped with Iran, is now playing the sacrifice card by stating his fears of climbing. The Government of Shehbaz Sharif in Pakistan is not in a position to participate in a war as dependent on India’s Sindoor operation and IMF loans.
However, the biggest shock comes from Türkiye – a nation that reflects itself as the leader of the Islamic world. The British daily Middle East Eye reports show that Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Türkiye, is aware of Israel’s strike by the United States and advised him not to intervene. Erdogan’s silence implies a strategic waiting for the fear of upsetting the West or the weakening of Iran, allowing Türkiye to emerge as the dominant force of the region.
Even the Taliban government of Afghanistan made only a cautious statement and stressed regional stability without any action. The Islamic Cooperation (HR) organization, which prioritizes personal interest with countries such as Türkiye, Pakistan and Taliban, continues to be a silent observer. The Islamic world is once silent when Iran burns about the actions of India.
This last conflict once again revealed that Islamic solidarity is more rhetoric than reality – a hollow slogan, usually used, was rarely followed in practice.
