New independent watchdog signed into law in watershed moment for English football

After receiving the Football Management Law Royal Circle, an independent football regulator was signed, which promised fans more promises about how to work.
Acting as a turning point for British football, the action offers a football observer for the first five layers of the male game to ensure that the clubs are employed in a sustainable way and to be responsible to their fans.
The regulator also will have the authority to bring a financial solution if they cannot accept the British Football League (EFL) and the Premier League themselves.
The House of Commons planned to establish an independent regulator at the beginning of this month, and the MPs voted in favor of the third reading with 415 votes – the majority of 317.
Prime Minister Keir Starmer, “This is a proud and descriptive moment for British football,” he said.
“As a person who loves the game throughout my life, I know how deeply we have passed through our communities. The places and generations of memories come together.
“Our Landmark Football Governance Law promises our fans.
“Through our change plan, we lead to a stronger and more fair future for the game that we all love.”
The law follows a long legal journey that began after the Ayrılıkist European Super League initiative and a series of high -profile clubs that face financial destruction.
In recent years, fans such as Bury, Macclesfield Town, Derby County, Reading and others have been subjected to the results of reckless bad management, excessive risk and financial disaster in clubs.
The new regime has been designed to increase the standards throughout the game by supporting the government’s change plan by providing great economic benefits of British football throughout the country.
Culture Secretary Lisa Nandy said: “Football clubs were built and continued by fans throughout generations, but there was no place to return when the clubs faced the crisis.
“Today, this action will change as the organizer, football clubs are very important to protect the clubs and cities all over the country will give hope and assurance to people working to protect.
“From Southend to Blackpool, Portsmouth to Wigan, these reforms were directed by fans. I will be proud to be proud of this government’s promise to support them by making football’s management reform, and I pay tribute to everyone who helps us to give this historical moment for the country’s game.”
