The federal and WA Labor governments, two arms of the fossil fuel industry, have announced a $4 million “pre-feasibility study” for a potential new refinery in Western Australia. The idea was put forward by a company called Perdaman, which bills itself as a “visionary, family-owned, multinational enterprise”.
