Syrian asylum seeker denies raping woman in Bournemouth seafront public toilet | UK | News

A teenager refused to rape a woman by the sea. 18 -year -old Mohammed Abdullah, Bournemouth, Bournemouth Undercliff Drive in the toilet of 20 -year -old woman on July 6 this year is accused of attacking around 2 o’clock.
The defendant was not found guilty of rape and attack charges with penetration allegedly committed against a complainant. During a short hearing in Bournemouth Crown Court, Abdullah was helped by a translator on the dock. Judge Jonathan Fuller KC, Middlesex, West Drays, Abdullah’ın next year will be tried on May 5, he said.
The judge said: “The issue will be postponed for the trial that will take place on May 5 next year.
“You’ll have to go back here on October 30 for another case management hearing.
He continued: “In July, you will return to your bail, subject to the conditions applied to this court.”
A house tagged was continued by the judge, including a ban on curfew, and on October 30, he was ordered to return to court for another case administration hearing.
A hearing in July was told by his lawyer that he came from Syria two years ago as an asylum seeker.
