Newsom to seek court order stopping Trump’s deployment of California National Guard to Oregon

Gov. In a statement on Sunday, Gavin Newsom said that President Trump is planning to receive a court order to stop his deployment of California National Guard troops to Oregon.
The President’s action, called “breathtaking power abuse ,, said that 300 California National Guard personnel were deployed to Ore.
“They’re going there now,” Newsom said from the national guards. “This is a breathtaking abuse of law and power.”
Trump’s movement came one day after a federal judge in Oregon temporarily prevented Oregon national guards from temporarily blocking the federalization.
At the beginning of this year, the President of the Migrant Protests, the President of California, continued to use the army to combat crime in cities, including Chicago and Washington, and created anger among democratic officials in these cities. Local leaders, including those in Portland, said that actions were not unnecessary and legal justification.
“The Trump administration is attacking the superiority of law and activates its dangerous words – ignoring the orders of the court and treats judges appointed by the President even as political opponents,” he said.
Newsom and California Atty in June. General Rob Bond filed a federal lawsuit against Trump’s mobilization of the national guards of the state during the immigration protests in Los Angeles. California officials are expected to submit the court order through the current case on Sunday’s deployment.
Newsom has increased his discourse about Trump recently: On Friday, the governor attacked the universities that could sign the President of the President Higher Education CompactThis demands a campus policy change in exchange for federal financing for priority.
“I need to make this main pressure and not only in the history of California, but I need to do a print test,” Newsom said. “That’s it. We’re losing this country.”
