NHS nurse jailed for rape saved thousands of women’s details from dating apps – now police appeal for more victims
An old NHS mental health nurse and the priest were imprisoned because he raped a woman he met in a meeting practice and is claimed to be more sexual criminals. Independent can reveal.
Crydon, 54 -year -old John Chukwunons of South Norwood, used his job before he raped him in his 40s after he rejected his work, without pulling him to his house and rejecting his progress in June 2022.

The court heard that Iwuh has been working as a NHS mental health nurse for ten years and working as a priest. The official records of the Nursing and Midwifery Council, which regulates nurses, show that Iwuh was removed from practice in November 2023.
In a statement made by the victim of the June 2022 attack, it was read in court, as a result of rape, it turned out that he had bruises on his body.
He said: “This had a deep emotional effect on me. I felt completely numb and my family members could not reach me.

“I still continued to think about how he worked as a psychiatrist nurse. As a healthcare expert myself, this thought was unusable. Then I learned that his license was suspended through police efforts.”

The woman said that since she was a social person before, she now found an excuse not to go out and that the trauma of rape affects work, relationships and health.
“Now I feel some justice in prison. I have been supported by civil servants during the investigation and encourage them to come forward, to report what happened and to get help and support.” He said.
Iwuh’s defense lawyer De Souza KC announced that he was facing accusations and disappeared to his wife, a three -year -old child.
