‘Nicest judge in the world’ dies aged 88

His family said that Frank Caprio, the famous US judge and social media star, died at the age of 88.

His son David Caprio thanked his fans for their love and support and called on people to “spread some kindness” in memory of his father.

3.4 million followers said in a statement, Judge Caprio was remembered for “countless courtesy action he inspired”.

“His warmth, humor and kindness left an indelible trace to anyone who knew him.” He said.

Judge Caprio survived by his wife Joyce Caprio for about 60 years, his five children, seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
