Nicola Peltz has shared another thinly veiled ‘dig’ about her mother-in-law’s ‘behaviour’ after her husband Brooklyn missed her close friend Holly Ramsay’s wedding.

Brooklyn’s absence was perhaps unsurprising given his ongoing feud with his estranged family, but the Ramsays apparently have an ‘open door’ policy when it comes to Beckham’s eldest child and it was thought he had been invited.

Brooklyn and Nicola are said to have had no contact with her side of the family for months following an argument over her missing her father’s 50th birthday.

Recently, her younger brother Cruz, 20, revealed that he blocked his entire family on social media after reports that they unfollowed him.

While her parents Sir David and Victoria Beckham and their sister celebrated Holly’s wedding to Adam Peaty in the UK, Brooklyn chose to share a Grinch-themed post thousands of miles from her home in Los Angeles.

The budding chef and his wife, 30, have been absent from numerous events with the Beckham family over the past year, including birthdays, parties and holidays.

Nicola apparently posted her own thoughts on the current situation hours later, sharing a quote from Brigitte Bardot shortly after she passed away at the age of 91.

Nicola also shared a selfie of herself wearing large black sunglasses and a caption revealing her favorite place to be.

Sir David and Victoria Beckham and their siblings celebrated Holly’s wedding to Adam Peaty at Bath Abbey on Saturday.

Giving her own opinion, Nicola said: ‘If there was something I could do about the way people treat each other I would, but since I can’t I’ll stick to animals.’

The latest post comes after Brooklyn dealt another blow to her family by posting a stylish selfie with the caption: “I love being at home” while she and her husband stayed in Los Angeles instead of attending Holly and Adam’s wedding.

Nicola showed off her chic figure in a slim black vest and stylish duotone, with Brooklyn gushing: ‘Damn she’s sexy xx’.

Brooklyn, who spent Christmas with his billionaire father-in-law, is said to have been invited to the wedding where Holly, 25, married Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty, 31.

The Beckhams and Ramsays have been close family friends since the early 2000s, and the two families formed a bond when they moved to the United States.

However, instead of celebrating Holly’s wedding with the rest of the clan at Christmas, Brooklyn stayed home in America.

David and Victoria were among the celebrity-filled congregation waiting to catch a glimpse of the bride and groom.

Close friends of the Ramsay family, their sons Romeo and Cruz and their daughter Harper, were also there, but Brooklyn was not.

Naturally, Brooklyn shared her appreciation for the photo, writing: ‘Damn so sexy.’

The Daily Mail also revealed that Gordon and Tana’s relationship with her eldest son Jack, who is now in the Marines, also fizzled, despite the pair having been best friends since they were little kids.

It is believed they had not spoken for a while and according to friends of both families, their bond began to unravel when Brooklyn started dating Nicola.

There was no sign of Jack in Brooklyn and Nicola attending the ceremony to renew their wedding vows in the summer.

They allegedly think it’s a ‘huge shame’ he didn’t go as he and Holly were once so close, and he and Jack are even closer.

In another post from the US, he was seen playing tennis with American professional player Reilly Opelka and Nicola’s brother Bradley.

It comes after Brooklyn declared wife Nicola to be his ‘everything’ in a beloved Instagram post on Christmas Eve, after blocking his family on the platform.

She shared a photo of herself and the heiress holding hands while celebrating the holiday season with her billionaire parents in Miami, Florida.

Shortly after ‘retaliating’ with a thinly veiled barb at her estranged family, she captioned the post ‘My Everything’ in what appeared to be another defiant display.
