Girl dies in London Underground station as family pay tribute to ‘bright’ daughter | UK | News

The family of the young girl who died after the incident at the London subway station paid tribute to their “beautiful daughter”. Police officers were called to Loughton Tube station just after 2.30pm on Monday following reports of a casualty on the tracks.
Young Daisy House was later hospitalized; but he passed away. Daisy’s family paid tribute to her this morning, saying: “On Monday, our beautiful daughter Daisy passed away. She was a bright, beautiful, intelligent and funny girl who had just started Sixth Form and had her whole future ahead of her. “We would like to thank all the emergency services and doctors who worked so hard to save her, especially the British Transport Police officer and pediatric nurses who treated us all with kindness.
“Thank you to everyone who sent their best wishes, kind messages and floral gifts. We ask that our privacy be respected as we now come to terms with the loss of our Daisy and what life will be like without our daughter.”
Daisy’s family also posted a photo of her. British Transport Police have asked for their privacy to be respected as they come to terms with their tragic loss.
British Transport Police confirmed the incident was not being treated as suspicious. A file will now be prepared for the coroner ahead of the inquest.
Transport for London (TfL) suspended travel between Epping and Woodford, while police and paramedics secured the scene on Monday.
