Nitish Kumar to resume ‘Sammridhi Yatra’ from Monday

The Sammridhi Yatra was launched from West Champaran district on January 16, but had to be stopped due to the Budget session of the Bihar legislature.
In a letter sent to all department heads, police chiefs, DMs and SPs, Arvind Kumar Choudhary, Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) of the Cabinet Secretariat department, said that the CM will review ongoing government projects and other schemes and also interact with people during the ‘Sammridhi Yatra’ from Monday.
During the Yatra, which will continue till March 14, CM Supaul will visit Madhepura, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnea, Katihar, Saharsa, Khgaria, Begusarai and Sheikhpura.
According to the letter sent to senior state administration officials on Sunday, the CM will also inspect ongoing projects during his yatra. “All additional chief secretaries of departments, DGP and senior officials executing the projects will attend the review meetings,” the letter said.
