No, CPS – this murderer isn’t in fact a ‘woman’ who killed ‘her’ boyfriend | UK | News

Aurin Makepeace stabbed Steven Rothwell to death and then tried to claim his victim’s death was accidental. The Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) praised the jury for uncovering Makepeace’s “layers of lies”. But the CPS and the entire criminal justice system are complicit in telling lie after lie to cover up the fact that Makepeace is a man. It starts by calling it “it” on its own Press release. The vast majority of violent crimes are committed by men. But “she” tells you that the person is a woman; She is more likely to be a victim than a perpetrator and is less likely to be able to physically overpower an adult male.

The CPS gave no clue in its public statement about Makepeace’s case that Makepeace was a man, instead claiming: “The woman was found guilty of murdering her former partner.” Details of the relationship before the crime were omitted; The victim and the perpetrator had met while they were both incarcerated in the same men’s prison.

He even went so far as to create a video clearly showing a woman’s hand holding a mobile phone, allegedly representing Makepeace’s call to the police about the murder.

When Makepeace called 999 she called herself “Katie”. He said he was still at the address in Macclesfield having fled to the North Wales countryside. He told the operator that Steven had attacked him and that the stabbing was in self-defense.

These were all lies. So is Makepeace’s claim that she is a “woman” and that the hands she used in CPS’s video could possibly be “her”.

Everyone involved in the criminal justice system—victims, witnesses, suspects, and juries—deserves to be told the truth, just like the public.

Police and others on the front lines of investigation and crime prevention are asked to use their own judgment to assess whether people are lying or telling the truth. But they are also told to participate in the lie that a man can also be a woman.

A 43-year-old man subduing and stabbing a 41-year-old man to death after attacking a woman on the street is a brutal crime and a tragedy for the victim and his family. It would be extraordinary if the perpetrator was a woman.

When the CPS was caught in the scam of presenting Makepeace as a woman, it changed its reporting, deleted the social media post and video, and issued a new press release saying “Guilty: Murderer who stabbed his ex-partner to death.” The statement acknowledges that Aurin Makepeace was “born male” as if this were a fact about her birth rather than her entire life, and Makepeace continues to be referred to as “she” and “he” throughout.

In fact, like everyone else born male, Makepleace remains male; He was a man when he committed the violent crime, when the police were searching for him, when he was arrested, when he was searched, when he was in custody, when he lied to the police and the court, when he was found guilty of the crime, and now he is awaiting sentencing.

Under the National Police Chiefs’ Council’s current policy, he could request to be searched by a female police officer and the police would do their best to ensure this. It is possible that she is registered as a woman in police and justice system records. During her detention, no information was given to the public about which prison she was being held in: if a woman is being held in prison, this is a disgrace.

The CPS said: “We are aware of the serious concern caused by our coverage of this case” and gave the excuse: “Our post reflected terminology used in court proceedings.”

This is not good enough. The language used in court proceedings and throughout the justice system must be the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.
