No criminal charges over civil claims made by four women against Andrew Tate

The controversial impressive Andrew Tate will not face any crime on the allegations made by more than one woman who sues him in the Supreme Court of Law.

In 2015, four women accused the former professional kickbox of the former professional kickbox, including taking one next to the Bosphorus in 2015, attacking him with a belt and pointing to a gun on his face.

Mr. Tate’s lawyers told a previous court that he was “the rejection of doing completely wrong”.

On Monday, the Crown Prosecutor’s Office (CPS) said that the legal test to impose criminal charges was not met.

A spokesman said: “Between 2013-2015, we conducted more examining a case file on attacks and rape allegations.

“After carefully evaluated the evidence provided by Hertfordshire Constabulary, we concluded that our legal test for prosecution should not be met and no other action should be taken.

“We informed all the sides of our decision and offered to meet with complainants to explain our reasoning in more detail.”

Mr. Tate’s British lawyer welcomed his decision Andrew Ford.

“Despite too much external pressure, the evidence in this case speaks for him, and the Royal Prosecutor’s Office rightly confirmed that the evidence was inadequate to expect a realistic conviction.

“The reason why the CPS made this decision will become open when evidence was played during civil trial.

“We are happy that this is another example of a potential criminal case against Andrew Tate.”

After the crown prosecutor’s office decided not to prosecute in 2019, women brought a lawsuit against Tate in the High Court.

Three of the British criminals were the subject of an investigation by Hertfordshire Constabulary, which was closed that year.
