Normalising Trump is killing the media’s credibility

The main news media cannot defend American democracy by working continuously to normalize the president. EmbersNo normal behavior.

The mainstream journalists cannot constantly say the truth about Trump. They can’t call their lies. They cannot call the organized white-supremacy-racism and cannot give him a wrong equivalence with his democratic opposition. As I have written before, the mainstream media allows Trump to play them like a violin, and he was demolishing him as a clumsy monster that he clearly is.

All these failures are the main news media working hard to normalize Trump. This cowardly, “this good” normalization, Trump’s chaos is structured, sequential, appropriate and most importantly legitimate, appear when none of them is.

As one of the audience members who are tired of this normalization, I found myself looking for alternative media resources that Trump is something other than normal! Since Trump’s other scope is not only completely inadequate, it represents the truth.

Is there this right?

This is not that normal for me. Indeed, it sounds like a dangerous surreal scenario that I cannot believe that the world’s fear show is reality.

As a Washington Insider, you hope that journalists such as Haberman will be perfect to tell how normal Trump is not. Instead of doing this, journalists are working hard to make Trump’s irregular and dangerous behavior perfectly calm, reliable, thought, presidential, authorized, legitimate – all of them completely normal.

In the heart of such normalization, there is a reluctance to call a shovel, to give a noun and shame, to stand against bullying, to light the reality and to tell Trump what happened: UNHINGED, incompetent, fraudulent, manipulative, threatening global stability.

Perhaps the mainstream journalists are afraid that their access to those coming from inside will withdraw. Maybe they’re afraid of Trump’s wrath. Perhaps they are more concerned about being accused of “prejudice against Trump .. Regardless of the reason for their pathetic reporting, the mainstream journalists should recognize that by normalizing the world’s most dangerous and powerful people, they help and harm them, and therefore they are parties to the damage caused by them.

When Trump’s never -ending disgust is not called, it is presented well. Dangerous inadequacy is not good. Racism is not good. It is not good to ignore the rule of law. Authoritarianism is not good. Trump is not good. This normalizing journalism is not good.

When you think about these total and absolute failures, it is not surprising that the people seek alternative media sounds that want to describe who Trump is and what they actually do to describe what they are.
