North Korea leader meets families of soldiers killed in Russia’s war

The state media, Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, met the soldiers who killed the fight against Ukraine for Russia and expressed their “deep condolences”.
At a special ceremony held on Friday, Kim relieved the mourning families and presented them with portraits of their loved ones wrapped in the North Korean flag.
South Korea believes that the North has sent about 15,000 soldiers to help Russia’s war with Ukraine, with missiles and long -range weapons. In contrast, North Korea is believed to receive food, money and technical assistance.
North Korea admitted that some soldiers were killed by accepting her role in external conflict in April.
In January, Western authorities told BBC They believed that at least 1000 troops sent from North Korea were killed within three months, a few more thousand injured, but new predictions brought this figure closer to 600.
The ceremony on Friday was the second in a week. During the event, Kim said that he could not revive the soldiers, promised to build a monument in his honor and look at his children, full of “sadness”.
“I thought of a lot about the families of other martyrs that are not available [at the previous ceremony]… So, I organized this meeting as I wanted to meet the old families of all heroes and to consulate and save them from their sorrow and a little bitter. “He said.
Kim will meet with Russia’s Vladimir Putin in China next week and Japan’s II. He will attend a military parade, marking his surrender to World War II.
Moscow and Pyongyang will have third meetings in two years when the relations between the two countries have reached a new level.
Last October, Kim sent birthday messages to Russian leader Vladimir Putin and told him his closest comrade.
The same month, Putin brought a bill to approve a military pact with who promised to help each other in the event of “aggression” against both countries of Russia and North Korea.
North Korea may have approximately 1.28 million active soldiers, but until the deployment of Ukraine, his army had no experience in war operations in the near future.
