In Sydenham, a three -bedroom house was sold for 128,500 dollars from the reserve for another competitive auction.

“He had this attractiveness and was a double brick house, so he was very solid,” he said.
Sposato said the five bidders, two of them were fighting for the most forcibly for the home. “He really wanted a first house receiver. He was going back and forth. It was like tennis: Boom, Boom, Boom,” he said.
“He came to offers of $ 1000 and $ 500. It was a good mood, very fast paced and hurry, everyone was involved and finally cheered.”
The house was sold to the first home buyer for $ 908,500. Sposato said the reserve was determined as $ 780,000. There is no legal requirement to ensure that the property of a seller’s reserve is compatible with the price guide.
Sposato said the sellers are satisfied with the sale. “There were tears of joy, it was great.”
