The Federal Court of Appeal took a major blow to Donald Trump, preventing the attempt to use the 1798 Alien Enemies Law, allegedly claiming to have claimed the members of the Aragua Gang members of Venezuela. The 5th circuit court decided that centuries -old war laws were never needed to target criminal groups and stopped Trump’s oppression of deportation. The decision points to a sharp legal disruption for Trump, which has already been deported. The case can now go to the high court.
