The Committee consists of 24 members from Lok Sabha and represents various sections of political relations and regions. What is Jan Vishwas Bill 2025?
Jan Vishwas Bill, 2025 aims to eliminate small crimes in various legislation and to promote the ease of doing business by reducing legal compliance burdens. Firstly introduced in previous sessions, Jan Vishwas Initiative aims to change more than 40 laws by transforming the provisions of the penalties into civilian penalties and thus to develop a more business -friendly legal environment.
The Election Committee will examine the proposed changes, collect expert opinions, and provide a detailed report to the parliament for further negotiation.
