Notorious KC landlord’s former tenants will start getting settlement money

The tenants, who are involved in a class case against a participation of Teh Realty, will begin to receive settlement money waiting for the court approval after living in unsafe conditions in their apartments. These tenants were part of a multi -year KMBC 9 news investigation about the threat real estates controlled by investor Michael Fein. Fein continues to be a federal fugitive after being accused of the bank and wire fraud in 2020.
