The Metropolitan Police made 423 arrests for two days by the Notting Hill Carnival in London, including two knives. Police confirmed that the blades that occurred in Powis Terrace and Oxford Garden did not result in life -threatening injuries.

This year, the police were helpful to recognize live faces and said that 52 of the arrests followed positive identities using technology.
The police allowed additional powers between 10 am and 10.00 am in the morning as part of the Notting Hill Carnival operation.
