The Indian Election Commission (ECI) will facilitate elderly people, disabled people (PWDs) and service voters to vote by mail in the Bihar Assembly surveys.
The Commission stated that voters over 85 years of age and disabled voters can vote with mail. “Such voters can take advantage of this opportunity using Form 12 D and apply to the official who returns to the staff who return through the Blo (Stand Level Officer) within five days after the publication of the election notification.”
Voters who provide basic services in the history of voting may apply to voting via the post by mail via the specified node officer. Firefighters, health, electricity, traffic, ambulance services, aviation and long distance state road transport companies, including basic services are within the scope of this facility.
In a statement, the media persons authorized by the election commission to make news on the day of the voting were included in the category of absentee voters in the basic services and had the right to vote via mail. Service voters, voting compasses by mail, the competing candidates will be sent electronically by the officer who returned to the mail voting system (ETPBS).
Returning Officer/District Election Officer, Political Parties/Candidates participating in the competition were instructed to give information about the provisions.
