NSW Police launch fresh $250k appeal for information on missing Sydney chef Simon Knight

Simon, a chef, was recently seen at a hotel in Crown ST in Sydney’s Surry Hills on the morning of July 21, 2005.

The 32 -year -old boy was reported to be missing the police when he did not come for shifts in a cafe in Newtown later on that day.

Despite comprehensive research over that time and years, Simon was never found. Police said on Monday that a second coronal investigation in 2015 was dead.

His body has never been found and the conditions of his disappearance are not known.

At the time of disappearance, Simon was defined as 183 cm tall, blue eyes, fair skin, red -haired and bearded Caucasus appearance.

The last time it is seen, it is believed to wear a dark green T -shirt and blue jeans.

Sydney detectives continue to investigate Simon’s loss of Strike Force Glenlea. Police Minister Yasmin Catley said Simon’s family needed answers.

“Losing someone who is loved is devastating, but those who do not know makes the loss very difficult,” he said.

“Today, we appeal to everyone who can help the police to bring answers about Simon’s disappearance for the knight family.”

Southern Sydney Police Region Deputy Commander Christopher Hill said the police believed that the police know something about Simon’s disappearance outside.

Superintenent Hill said, ıyla To support this response, everyone who may have been able to come to the fore since Simon’s disappearance, ”he said.

“In July 2005, especially if they know Simon and haven’t talked to the police yet, we are eager to speak Crown and Oxford Surry Hills or who often live or speak frequently.
